S.M.A.R.T. an acronym for Structural Materials and Restoration Technologies was formed in 2006 to provide technical information as well as material sales to support the growing need for Cortec Corporation’s MCI® (Migrating Corrosion Inhibitor) line as well as complimentary products.

Rae Jean Nicholl, S.M.A.R.T. Distribution’s founder has over a decade of experience in the construction industry product distribution field. After many years of promoting manufacturer’s products as an Architectural/ Engineering Representative.

She believed in Cortec Corporation’s MCI line enough to make it her main focus and create a company to help facilitate and organize material needs but also provide the technical support of these specialized products manufactured by Cortec Corporation.
